Swim Technique & Drills Video Training
Each month, you'll walk you through my proven training system. Everything is explained in 10 content-packed video lessons — complete with swimming drills and technique training.
As a member of the Tri Swim Secrets, we'll share a mutual goal: To get your swim abilities significantly improved.
Our goal is to help you be able to complete an Olympic distance triathlon swim — and complete it with the plenty of energy left over to finish the race (instead of dragging yourself out of the water, wondering how you're going to ever finish the triathlon).
Each month has very specific drills, sessions, and workouts that you can follow in a logical order.
The program is even designed so it can be made easier or harder depending on how you may be progressing.
In fact, the system is so flexible, extensive, and in-depth that it's spread out over 6 months.
I've deliberately created the program this way so you don't go into information overload… over-train… or peak too soon before your next big race.
Personal Swim Stroke Analysis
Not sure if your swim technique is as good as it should be?
Thanks to the power of the internet, you can upload your video of your swimming to a special section of the Tri Swim Secrets for in-depth analysis.
Your video will be privately critiqued by yours truly, Kevin Koskella.
It's also kept 100% confidential so you won't feel nervous about other seeing your videos.
It's a service that I could easily charge hundreds of dollars for… and it's yours free with your Tri Swim Secrets membership.
Customizable Swim Drills and Workouts
It doesn't matter if you are brand new to the swim or an experienced triathlete — I've got you covered.
You'll get week by week workouts that are easily customizable to your abilities.
Is a swim drill too easy or too hard?
We give you a few simple steps to adjust the difficulty to your needs — it's definitely not a "one size fits all" program.
After all, our goal together is to train smarter, not harder!
Beginner and Advanced Training Plans
Your training plan should vary from month to month… it should vary from your peak and off-peak seasons too.
If your training doesn't vary then you massively increase the risk of injury or training burnout.
Worse, you could become bored with your training and start losing your motivation to train. Then, before you know it, you've stopped training.
Well, I don't want you to get hurt… experience training burnout… or get bored so I've designed my program to avoid all of these goal killers.
If you are a true beginner, you'll need about 4 months to build your core fundamentals. After that, you'll be ready to join the more advanced triathletes where you'll focus on refining, adding speed, strength, race strategies, and more to your triathlete "bag of tricks".
In other words… You'll enjoy the monthly training plans laid out with the exact drills and technique training you will be doing… and you'll enjoy maximizing your swim abilities too!

"Hi Kevin, I just wanted to thank you and your staff for your helpful insights, my swimming is progressing. My elbows are higher than before, my catch is smoother and there is less strain on my shoulders. I'm very pleased with the ease of efficiency due to dedication to the prescribed drills in Modules 1 and 2. The shark fin drill has especially contributed to my muscle memory of entering the water closer to my goggle line and a better extension/glide afterwards, thanks!! Eventually, I hope my times are better than a 1:40/100 yds."
